All documents are handled and stored within secure in cloud storage providers that are IRAP/ASD certified. IT and cyber security checks are performed monthly and reviewed annually. All staff have unique passwords and access only relevant to their direct role. Secure disposal of confidential documentation is ensured.

Secure Document storage

Thorough records are maintained including full information regarding the activities, observations and outcomes of each visit, including study specific information regarding the relevant clinical trial study. Organisation and chronicling ensure documents are clearly stored and easily retrieved when required.

Documentation history recording

Historical documents are electronically stored as required by study protocol for an extended period after the study is closed out. Access is therefore readily available for any electronic documents as needed.

Distribution of secure documents

Study documents are required to be securely shared with all parties participating in trial activities. Sharing of documents takes place by the use of secure document links and/or secure encrypted emails. They may also be shared from within secure cloud based applications.

Several clinical trial studies facilitate the use of online e-source platforms for the recording, sharing and storage of data between all involved parties. Health Predictions Pharma facilitates this with the Investigator site, nursing and medical personnel and other clinical trial partners.

Secure Document Disposal

All secure disposal method applies to all hard and soft copy documentation and hardware devices. All hard copy documents are shredded on site and complete deletion of online files are performed by an approved sanitised method approved by our IT department. Electronic e-waste is securely destroyed by a certified provider. Our security systems are a priority and monitored and reviewed regularly.
