Ensuring that all aspects of what could be required during the trial visit are included when training our medical staff. This is crucial to ensure all possible scenarios are addressed even if not anticipated. As well as study-specific training, additional training is provided in using general medical equipment such as ECGs and centrifuges. Our staff maintain currency with all training required as a clinical trial facilitator including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) training. With the use of videos, intensive manuals and study protocols to refer to, our medical staff are fully resourced so they can be confident they have the full data available to them. The Health Predictions Pharma internal team of doctors and clinical trial registered nurses provide one on one training and back up phone support during visits. The training and accreditation held by our team provides for additional training to be provided for our nurses and/or the subjects family members and the subject themselves were indicated. Therefore, the subject and their family members, can be trained and supported in their own home environment, under the external supervision of the PI. This is commonly applied to the self-administration of study drugs.

Each clinical trial has a team that includes both administrative and medical study managers for every study to ensuring all specialty areas of the trial are addressed. Our medical team which may include a General Practitioner or a Clinical Trial specialist Registered Nurse, completes an extensive training session provided by our clients, as well as training for any model specific medical equipment identified for use for the specific trial such as ECGs and centrifuges.

The Clinical Trial industry general training is required by all staff, both administrative and medical. These are required to be completed, or refreshed, every two years. These accreditation dates are recorded, certificates filed and upcoming due dates monitored with reminders and training provided to ensure currency. Support is provided to all staff to maintain general training accreditations including Good Documentation and Clinical Practices as well as International Air Transport Association training. 

The Health Predictions Pharma medical team is accredited with procedural protocols in place where a subject requires training and support to self-administration of their prescribed study drug. A registered nurse, who has been trained and accredited by our team, can train and supervise, a subject or their family member to manage their own medication administration. 

In addition to our extensive training sessions, our medical team are provided with training manuals and study protocols. These documents are revised and updated regularly. All staff are provided with the updated material and specifically trained on the new version to ensure that current practices are implemented.

Several clinical trial studies facilitate the use of online e-source platforms for the recording, sharing and storage of data between all involved parties. Health Predictions Pharma facilitates this with the Investigator site, nursing and medical personnel and other clinical trial partners.
