The safety of all clinical trial documents and subject medical data is paramount. We understand it is imperative to keep all information safe and secure. All documents are handled and stored in secure in cloud storage providers that are IRAP/ASD certified. IT and Cyber security checks are performed monthly and reviewed annually. All staff have unique passwords and access only relevant to their direct role. Secure disposal of confidential documentation is ensured.

We keep a thorough record of all clinical home care visits and specific study training records. The use of a secure electronic database ensures secure communication of any documents or information required during or after an active clinical trial study. Study documents are securely transported promptly to the site, using traceable means. All aspects of our IT practices align with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
