Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and Invoicing

Fees for services will be invoiced in accordance with the agreed schedule, quotation, or contract.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within forty-five (45) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Additional Services

Services requested outside the agreed scope, including additional visits, after-hours services, or extended travel requirements, may incur additional charges.

4. Disputed Invoices

Any invoice disputes must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice. Undisputed amounts remain payable in accordance with the payment terms.

5. Late Payment

Health Predictions Pharma reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed payment terms.

6. Non-Solicitation of Employees and Contractors

The Client, Sponsor, CRO, and any related parties agree that during the term of engagement and for a period of twelve (12) months following its conclusion, they will not directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, employ, contract, or otherwise engage any employee or contractor of Health Predictions Pharma without prior written consent. Should this clause be breached, Health Predictions Pharma reserves the right to recover reasonable recruitment and replacement costs associated with the loss of the employee or contractor. A Fixed Fee, or percentage of the employee's annual EFT salary may apply.
